European Commission: YOUR WORLD, YOUR BUSINESS

YOUR WORLD, YOUR BUSINESS is a common partnership between the European Commission and Junior Achievement-Young Enterprise. It fosters European policy objectives in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and entrepreneurship education. The target audience are young people between 16 and 19 years but, their teachers could participate as well.

YOUR WORLD, YOUR BUSINESS targets to inspire young people to become the sort of entrepreneurs which our society increasingly needs. These ‘new’ entrepreneurs should be creative, dynamic and strong-willed to make the world a better place.
If you have a look at the potential of entrepreneurs you assert that they can make money, create jobs and provide solutions to some of the environmental and social challenges in our society.
The teacher’s guide gives teachers some ideas to introduce their students to the notion of being an entrepreneur, especially linked to environmental and social issues.
