The Closing Conference of the Discerno 3 project and the Awarding Ceremony was held in Brussels on the 26th of April 2010 in the “Bibliothèque Solvay” (Brussels, Belgium) from 14:00 to 19:00. During this event, many enterprises received the “CEEP-CSR Label”.
For the third time, participating companies complying best with CSR was awarded the well-known European “CEEP-CSR Label” during an important ceremony. This event brought together around 80 participants to discuss on CSR and to exchange on good practices. It was also an opportunity for companies such as yours to hear and discuss on good practices that other companies in Europe do.

European Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility
The European Centre of Employers and Enterprises providing Public Services (CEEP) is delighted to invite you to an international conference organised together with CEEP’s Bulgarian Section – the Bulgarian Industrial capital Association (BICA) on “Corporate Social Responsibility: Future Challenges”. This conference is planned to offer the audience insights into the recent trends and challenges in the field of CSR.
The event will take place in Sofia, Bulgaria on the 7th July 2009. It aims to promote the EU achievements in the field of CSR and to brainstorm on challenges such as how CSR could be used as an efficient tool to limit the negative impacts of the global crisis.
The conference will bring together numerous actors, stakeholders and representatives from European Institutions, national sections of CEEP, a wide range of NGOs and several senior civil servants and companies from Bulgaria.
Together with special guests from the European Commission, the European Parliament, CEEP will highlight key future challenges and EU plans for the Promotion of CSR.

CSR Student Contest
The contest is designed to popularise Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in academic environment and to encourage students to develop their knowledge in the field of CSR. The contest is one of the activities of the DISCERNO Project that was launched by the European Centre of Employers and Enterprises providing Public services (CEEP) together with several Partners located in France, Italy, Poland, Germany, Portugal and Bulgaria. The contest is co-financed by the European Commission.
The contest is opened to individual students from universities and colleges located in the following Member States: France, Italy, Poland, Germany, Portugal and Bulgaria.
